Jakub “Kuba” Jaskot

Youth Head Coach

Coach Kuba was exposed to fencing from a very young age. His father, Norbert Jaskot, was also an athlete representative of Poland and went on to be the Olympic Coach for the Polish National Team at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Kuba followed his father’s footsteps and represented Poland as an elite athlete. He represented Poland on the cadet, junior and senior national teams for many years. He is also a multiple Senior Polish National Sabre Champion. Kuba also placed 4th at the 2015 Junior World Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

After 14 years as an athlete, Kuba joined the AFFA coaching staff and has been a vital part in helping many athletes medal at National and International competitions. Coach Kuba oversees the youth developmental program while continuing to work with our elite athletes.
