Michael Szczesniak

Coach Michael has 16 years of competitive experience.

In his athletic career he was a multiple time National Finalist, Junior Olympic Team Champion and represented the US at the 2012 Junior Sabre World Cup.

In his collegiate career he earned rookie of the year for Stevens Institute of Technology in 2013 and was the Silver Medalist at the 2014 MACFA Championships.

Coach Michael is the Sabre Coach for the Pingry Varsity Team. He is also currently heading the Pingry MS Fencing Program since 2018.

After his competitive career Coach Michael started educating future generations since the founding of AFFA in 2013.
